What is Pressure Washing?

Pressure washing is the use of high-pressure water to remove dirt and grime. Everything gets dirty and keeping them clean not only makes it look nice but prolongs its life. The tough stains do require a mild detergent. We use bio-degradable detergents that will not harm the environment. You can paint or stain after a good cleaning. We stop washing houses in the mid fall, before the first freeze.

Pressure washing all sorts of stuff

Do you have mold and mildew on your siding? This is the cheapest and best solution. Is your driveway dirty? I have been told that washing your driveway can increase the value of your house by as much as $10,000. Quite frankly, this may be the least expensive way to improve the value of your property. Patios, porches, decks, fences, outdoor furniture, boats, cars, siding, driveways and sidewalks are just a few of the items that can be pressured washed. Just a quick warning! Do not wash your roof. The high pressure, if not done properly can blow the stones off your roof and cause damage.

Power washing

Power washing is high pressure with hot water. Most commercial jobs require power washing. Sometimes commercial equipment gets grease and grim in hard to reach areas. The added benefit of hot water will help remove the contamination quicker. High pressure will get the job done, but too much pressure for too long can cause damage to the equipment. For this reason power washing is better for commercial jobs.
